The candidate will be responsible for: Perform an “intake” and/or obtain information from a client or a client representative who has experienced a Cyber Event necessary to properly refer said client to an AXIS breach coach. Provide coordination and support during the life of the cyber claim. Complete claim system transactions as assigned. May perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree. Juris Doctorate is not required. Must have knowledge of claim system and claim processing. Should have knowledge of insurance coverage’s and investigatory aspects of first and third-party claims. Good communications (telephone, e-mail and interpersonal) skills as required. Must have strong analytical and organizational skills. Software: All Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel.
