Chicago - Debt/Leveraged Finance Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level)

The candidate will have approximately 3-6 years' leveraged finance experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors and/or agents in a full range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, dividend and other recapitalizations and restructurings. Borrower side experience in the context of middle market lending, including private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other public and private companies is preferred but not required. A working knowledge of general corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, customer agreements and day-to-day operations, is a plus. The firm is open to considering candidates relocating to Chicago; candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Illinois bar.
