We are a fast-growing team of 35+ legal-tech professionals and software developers focused on helping law firms grow with Filevine, a case management platform. In addition to consulting services to help firms adapt and optimize their processes with technology, we also are the team behind Filevine's Demands AI offering.

Experience working in a personal injury firm drafting and reviewing demands is essential for this position.

What is DemandsAI?

Our DemandsAI offering involves AI technology and powerful document assembly technology. This allows us to set up dynamic templates for each client that leverage their case data, conditional logic, and AI summaries for things like medical records and police reports. Clients simply fill out a small request form right inside their case management platform, Filevine, and then the demand document is assembled per the template and ready for our Demand Drafters to spend hours editing and reviewing it. Our clients experience a high-quality demand in 48 hours or less that frees their staff to be client-facing.

Once the demand is drafted by our team of 5, it needs to go through a Quality Assurance step. Our current Vineskills team members have done this QA step before delivering the completed demand to the client. We launched this service offering a few months ago and are now ready for a full-time Quality Assurance specialist.

Who is an ideal fit for this?

• You've worked for a personal injury law firm with significant experience writing demands. This prior experience is required.
• You can contribute to continually improving the system and coaching the growing team of demand drafters. This is welcome news if you've been stuck and frustrated following an outdated process or worked in an environment where feedback wasn't welcomed.
• You enjoy learning new technology and being on the front end of the tech learning curve.
• You enjoy meaningful work, are relatively self-managed when goals are clear, and excel as a 100% remote team member.

What work needs to get done?

• This role will be behind the scenes and not typically client-facing.
• We are building a dashboard where this role can serve as the "air traffic controller" to see demand requests, review those, and assign them to a demand drafter. We can also build some auto-assignment rules into the workflow.
• Drafted demands need a QA review, and historically, our team has needed about 30 minutes per demand to do this quality assurance step. That QA process involves making the necessary edits and giving feedback to the drafter. With coaching and experience, our team of drafters will continue to improve, lessening the time involved in QA.
