Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Technology Learning & Development is accountable for a broad portfolio of internally developed and externally sourced technology learning products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and record of business/financial impact. As the primary owner of multiple portfolios of learning assets, this role will indirectly lead teams of Product Managers tasked with maintaining the full lifecycle of learning products within a given portfolio. Employing strong business collaboration, data intelligence, market research, and strategic thinking, this role will ensure all products within their portfolios continue to meet the needs of our business and advance the capabilities of our global technology workforce. This position will work in collaboration with Talent Management and Learning Engagement leads, business subject matter experts, and Program Managers to oversee and influence learning solutions and development initiatives. These initiatives will ensure that Comcast technologists and their leaders are equipped with the skills they need to build our technical and competitive future. Success in this role is predicated on a candidate's ability to fully understand the impact product management has on the achievement of real employee development and adopting and practicing core skills required of sound product ownership. Candidates should enjoy and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and understand the connection between the full portfolios they support, the employees for whom the portfolio is designed, and the business strategy guiding the effort. Job Description
Specific Job Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Owns and manages multiple learning portfolios.
Provides integrated management of multiple products by monitoring and forecasting supply and demand to maintain differentiation and mitigate product obsolescence throughout its lifecycle.
Understands the business and consults with Comcast leadership as well as HR business partners to assess needs, co-create development strategies, address skill gaps, and support business initiatives.
Ensures all Comcast policies regarding security, privacy, recordings, etc. are followed and actioned accordingly for their respective learning portfolios.
Partners closely with teammates within ULearn Engagement roles to understand the learning available to support certain technology domains at Comcast.
Aligns portfolio with Comcast's current goals, future strategy, and clearly defines value proposition.
Identifies and incubates new product opportunities from initial design to establishing a strong business case for investment.
Adjunct Engineers: Grows and scales learning experiences available for their respective learning portfolios.
Partners with business leaders to identify key areas of opportunity for leveraging Adjunct Engineer support.
Responsible for selecting, onboarding, and coaching Adjunct Engineers.
Partners with ULearn Delivery, Adjunct Engineers, and other teams to ensure availability of all workshops, virtual instructor led, or hands on activities within their respective learning portfolios.
Knowledgefest: Owns and manages the Knowledgefest program for ULearn.
Note: Knowledgefest is a virtual conference like event targeted towards our global technology workforce with an open invitation to anyone at Comcast to attend.
Responsible for leading a cross functional project team who manage the planning and execution of the event globally.
Ensures that all organizations are equally represented during decision making activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Approximately 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development or equivalent
Demonstrated passion for learning and development, evidenced in part by a history of personal learning and development efforts
Experience coordinating learning programs for others and delivering education to technical/professional audiences.
Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with executives and others across several functions.
Ability to work with IT and/or system developers/administrators to identify technological applications or constraints and leverage technology to achieve desired results
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills
Strong application of Agile project management and driving innovative thinking through Design Thinking processes
Systems thinker, with the ability to bring together people and teams from across the organization to collaboratively create holistic product experiences

Salary:
National Pay Range: $73,500.80 USD-$172,267.50 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
