Corporate Counsel (Labor & Employment)

The candidate will partner with operations and HR team and cross-functional partners on legal matters, including employment and data privacy. Draft, advise and revise policies, processes, guidelines and documents. Coordinate, manage or conduct investigations. Assist with litigation matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and other employment-related claims. Advise the team on recruiting, hiring, performance management, accommodations, leaves and separations. Provide day-to-day legal services in a manner consistent with Our Beliefs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant federal, state and local laws and regulations. Develop and deliver training, including ethics and compliance, privacy, and anti-discrimination/harassment. Provide legal support and guidance regarding immigration matters. Supervise and assist outside counsel to represent the Company or its officials in various legal proceedings. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents. Ability to operate in a global marketplace. Other duties as assigned.
