Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of the Commercial Development Sales unit's efforts to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives. Leads and executes strategies to increase and retain commercial accounts. Establishes effective reporting procedures, providing insight with sales forecast reports and working closely with the Product Sales team to coordinate the process and flow of information for account planning. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Develops and supervises the execution of strategies and tactics to improve and secure commercial customer growth in multi-dwelling units.

Works withRegional Directors &Managers to build and maintain a targeted sales approach by leading in-depth research and analysis of territories.

Reviews & approvescontracts including renewals and new contracts

Assists with contract negotiations when needed.

Establishes partnerships and coordinates efforts with other internal organizations to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization.

Partners in developing the annual budget.

Maintains outstanding knowledge of the industry through positive relationships with key personnel.

Contributes to the implementation of new products.

Assists in the development ofinCommunity Account Sales. Tracks, measures and audits regionalresults. Accurately forecasts revenue and unit numbers.

Develops, plans and coordinates seminars, sales incentive plans and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives.

Provides overall direction of the Product Sales Support and Analysis Team to drive lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting and production/control of presentations and proposals.

Interfaces with appropriate internal group s (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Legal Affairs) to ensure accurate analysis of tracking and reporting.

Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.

Manages report generation, sales packet compilation and ad-hoc administrative support of client prospecting, renewals and development.

Generates daily activity reports and reporting trends.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
