Paralegal - Contract Specialist_CCC
Responsibilities: Review contract requests in detail for completeness and accuracy. Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather the required information. Verify or update the counterparty’s legal name and address using official government registers. Analyze and advise on many aspects of the contract request. Input contract requests into the client’s CLM tool, ensure the tool is up to date and contains accurate information, and manage requests within the tool. Submit contract requests to various legal reviewers based on geography, contract types, and other deal characteristics. Prepare ad hoc reports upon request of business and legal clients. Work and track requests within multiple tools such as the client’s CLM tool, Excel, OneNote, and Teams. Regularly communicate with Integreon team members via various tools to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner and with the utmost quality. Answer and/or redirect questions from legal and business stakeholders about all services Integreon and the client provide, which requires an understanding of multiple different service lines.
