Job Overview: A prominent law firm seeks a dedicated and ambitious Trial Attorney to join its expanding team in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional client service and be equipped to handle complex litigation cases from start to finish.

Duties:

• Engage in direct client communication and case management.
• Conduct depositions, both taking and defending.
• Perform legal research and drafting of documents.
• Lead mediations and develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in trial settings, from intake to resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation; 5+ years preferred.
• Must hold a valid license with the Kentucky State Bar.
• Proven track record of successful jury trials.
• Experience in drafting and responding to various legal motions.
• In-depth knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Kentucky State Bar.
