In our newly created Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) role, you will champion our DEI strategy and initiatives across the company and ensure that DEI is woven throughout our culture, processes and practices.

As the DE&I subject matter expert, you’ll build the bridges up, down, and across RGG in order to deliver intentional programming aligned to DEI goals that affect our associate’s full RGG lifecycle to include talent attraction and our hiring process, performance management, training and education, and retention and external partner engagement.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll serve as an integral part of the People team with a solid seat at the Leadership table.

What You’ll Do:

Program Execution

: Y

ou’ll own the execution of our DEI strategy that drives three core pillars: culture, career, and community. You’ll regularly track and report out on key metrics to stakeholders, business partners, and leadership to help assess RGG’s progress to near- and long-term goals and effectiveness of diversity initiatives.

Thought Leadership:

You’ll embed yourself into the business and partner closely with key stakeholders, including C-suite and senior leadership in order to educate, influence, and lead/support agents of change as our DEI journey continues to evolve. As a dedicated DEI leader, you’ll foster a safe space to lead the critical, sometimes uncomfortable, conversations. You’ll engage the DEI Associate Committee to help committee members define, execute, and promote programming as well as represent their collective voice with stakeholders and leaders.

Collaboration:

Partner with your People Team peers to support the implementation of our goals that drive:

Talent Acquisition: Advise efforts around the attraction of diverse talent and ensuring fair, equitable, and scalable hiring practices.

Talent Management:Review current HR practices and provide guidance to identify opportunities for retention and advancement of diverse talent.

Talent Development: Ensure our learning and development programs support and grow our diverse talent throughout their associate lifecycle.

About You:

Demonstrated success in building and executing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in a high growth, cross functional collaborative, and matrixed environment.

Knowledge and experience in issues related to social justice, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, and accessibility with a focus on staying abreast on emerging strategies that support inclusion and belonging.

Strong business acumen with an ability to create strategies weaving DEI processes and practices into existing organizational initiatives and culture.

Strong analytical skills with experience tracking data, reporting, providing metrics, and developing key success measures to drive impactful and intentional action.

Project management experience managing high-profile projects, with proven ability to lead multiple projects effectively while navigating competing priorities.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to comfortably present to audiences of all levels and seniority.
