To assist the Human Services Department Child Support Enforcement Division legal unit in establishing paternity and child support obligations.

Parties of child support cases, Child Support Enforcement Division management and staff.

Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate has experience in representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, drafting, reviewing, and evaluating legal documents and academic experience in family law.
