The candidate will be managing client matters related to serious criminal and traffic matters. Interviewing and retaining prospective clients. Negotiating plea deals. Managing the workload of paralegals. Meeting the firm’s established legal revenue production requirements. Litigating cases in district and circuit courts. Should have 7+ years of experience handling transactional matters. Must be actively licensed in Maryland. Strong research, writing, and communication skills are needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Negotiation and presentation skills are required. Should have the ability to exercise independent judgment and work with confidential and sensitive information. Must have the ability to handle work assignments consisting of major legal tasks for which considerable legal judgment, experience, and independent reasoning are required. Knowledge of Google Office Suite and other business-related software is needed.
