The candidate responsibilities will include: Drafting and revising legal documents based on forms or prior documents provided. Preparing correspondences and invoices. Answering inbound telephone calls. Greeting and assisting clients and others with on site appointments. Implementing organized filing systems. Performing other typical office tasks. Must be expertise in Microsoft Word and ability to quickly learn other computer-based systems. Prior law firm experience, particularly with estates, trusts and probate, a big plus.
