Description

The Lead Account Management Professional is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Lead Account Management Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Account Management Professional oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. Develops and oversees customer retention campaigns. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field

Demonstrated sales and account management experience in the health solutions industry

Prior experience leading a sales and account management team

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration

Additional Information:

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
