Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.We are searching for a HRIS Associate to join our agency! The HRIS Associate supports the day to day administration of our Human Resource Information Systems. This includes the maintenance and support of HR Systems (Infor, Jobvite, Litmos and LeavePro) and HR Intranet web pages (Centernet). The HRIS Associate assists with documentation management, data entry and data integrity. This position supports the Training Help Desk and completes and distributes reports to internal users. Responsibilities: Process Personnel Change Authorization Forms for internal transfers, promotions, demotions, leave of absence, terminations, etc. Process I-9 and competency data in HR systems on a weekly basis Monitor the Training Help Desk mailbox and process training into HRIS on a bi-weekly basis Maintain Data Integrity Log and resolve basic HR data issues Troubleshoot data errors for automated workflows Assist HRIS Specialist in functional maintenance of Infor HR System Complete standard and recurring reports for internal users Manage and maintain user accounts in applicant tracking system Perform system testing for enhancements and/or upgrades Assist HRIS Specialist with updates and management of web pages and applicant tracking system Participate in HR meetings Other duties as assignedu00A0Requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree in field of Business Administration, Human Resources, HR Information Systems, or related field is required.
