Description

The Lead Developer position is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Technology Leadership Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

Are you looking to expand your technical leadership skills? Do you enjoyed a varied set of assignments? As a Tech Lead, you'll have opportunity to work with others on the team to identify and track the work tasks involved in an initiative. Additionally, you'll have hands-on assignments with .net applications, cloud migration activities for our applications and opportunity to enhance our DevOps build/deployment pipelines.

We're looking for a self-starter with a track record of success in delivering applications using .net and SQL Server along with experience in Cloud solutions and NoSQL databases. Being organized and having good verbal and written communication skills are important in this role.

Required Qualifications

Experience in the development of .net applications

Experience using SQL Server

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

4 years of progressive experience in application development with history of providing technical leadership to teams/individuals.

Experience in cloud-based solutions and use of NoSQL databases.

Experience working in an agile-scrum development methodology

Experience working with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)

Strong understanding of impacts upstream and downstream

Ability to drive and bring improvements to process & quality across the organization.
