Duties:

• Work with experienced trial attorneys on general liability cases from inception to trial.
• Draft and respond to discovery demands.
• Appear for court conferences and oral arguments on motions.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses.

• Counsel clients on case developments and draft status reports.
• Write motions on a variety of complex legal issues.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in handling general liability cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
