Duties of this position will include, but not be limited to the following: Design and document laptops and desktops hardware solutions as well as operating systems configurations.

Develop and create Windows baseline images doe laptops and desktops.

Administer and support mobile device management solution.

Create and maintain Active Directory Group Policies.

Troubleshoot, resolve problems and provide preventive maintenance.

Perform system software and hardware upgrades and patches; including planning, testing, scheduling, coordination and deployment.

Research and test current and new Service Desk infrastructure products and services. Conduct evaluation and proof of concepts of hardware and software technologies and provide recommendations on improving current platform.

Administer and support remote access technologies.

Utilize scripting to automate processes.

Provide expert recommendations on highly complex issues for Desktop and Support teams.

Work with Development teams, project management teams, and other IT teams to deliver the best desktop experience

IT Specialist

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Expert 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months of experience in the Field of Desktop Engineering

84 Months of experience with Windows 7 & 10

84 Months experience in technical approaches to design, build testing, and debugging problems

84 Months of experience in active directory group policy.

84 Months of experience with Window image deployment and package creation/management.

84 Months of experience in PowerShell scripting language experience

84 Months experience in client-based security management tools including anti-virus, PKI, HDD encryption, and general client-based security hardening

84 Months of experience in Networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, Firewalls, etc.).

84 Months experience in Advanced troubleshooting and support for VPN and two Factor Authentication

84 Months of experience in Active Directory administration and management.

84 Months of experience with Cybersecurity best practices and compliance

84 Months of experience with Client workstation hardware

84 Months of experience in mobile device management (MDM) solution

84 Months of experience in handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities

84 Months experience of analytical and problem-solving abilities

84 Months of engineer experience in research, analysis, planning, and implementation
