Must be very detailed oriented, a fast learner, able to multi-task, work independently in a very busy department. Must have the ability to research resource guides, rule codes, and authorities, and numerous courts’ websites. Should be able to communicate quickly and clearly via emails and phone to inquiries from attorneys, secretaries, and paralegals regarding matter calendars and court procedures. Must be very flexible and adaptable to changing department procedures when necessary. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
