the candidate must have a minimum of four years’ of sophisticated legal experience, in all aspects of securities and complex commercial litigation, corporate governance and shareholder suits, deal-related litigation, securities enforcement matters, and other complex contract disputes in order to represent public corporations, financial services and investment management firms, and private equity clients in corporate and securities disputes in a variety of state and federal jurisdictions. Candidates must have four to six years of comparable litigation experience and currently working at a large law firm, with proven abilities to: manage cases; handle complex commercial litigation matters; draft and prepare litigation documents; conduct legal research and writing analysis; and mentor junior associates. Candidates should also possess a demonstrated spirit of teamwork in order to work with partners and associates of varied seniorities. Impressive academic credentials and strong writing, analytical and verbal communication skills will be required. Admissions, in good standing, to practice in the state of California, is also required.
