We\u2019re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world Responsibilities The Dermatology Sales Training Associate is primarily responsible for delivering training while providing input on designing, developing, and approving high quality, innovative learning for new and current Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers in the Immunology Business Unit. The Associate will be responsible for new learner\u2019s home-based and Indy-based training as well as sales meeting workshop development for existing sales representatives and managers. Classroom facilitation and meeting content development will be focused on Dermatology specific scientific knowledge and disease state, customer insights, reimbursement, access and affordability, compliance, strategic account management and business skills. The role requires strong coordination and an exceptional partnership with the Immunology learning strategist as well as training partners, affiliate leadership, brand, sales operations, medical, legal, and regulatory colleagues and external vendors. Additional responsibilities include: Strategically plan and prioritize work while making trade-offs for maximum impact Shepherd content through the Lilly approval process Identify opportunities to create\/improve sales representative curriculum and lead, manage, and\/or assist with projects as needed Evaluate sales representative\u2019s skill level and provide effective coaching Assist the Business Unit in focusing on the Service Value Chain, improving core Customer Engagement and developing capability related content 40648BR Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 years of highly successful specialty sales experience 3 years of previous group facilitator experienceSubject matter expertise with Adult Learning Principles Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position Additional Skills\/Preferences Proven track record of highly successful sales experience Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and teamwork skills Ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders\/business partners Demonstrated ability to strategically and critically think through ambiguity Strong learning agility with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks from multiple customers Promotional experience with Dermatology or Immunology products Knowledge of account management principles Group facilitation and training experience Instructional design and performance consulting experience Subject matter expertise with Adult Learning Principles Additional Information This position is an individual contributor role, there are no supervisory responsibilities.
