The Informatics Lead coordinates with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Informatics Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Informatics Lead will leverage their understanding and knowledge of data, modeling, optimization, and tools to lead the Pharmacy Rebate Modeling team. Regular duties include managing and participating in the creation of forecasts and models to predict future revenue from rebate contracts Humana Pharmacy is considering with various drug manufacturers. This position will involve regular interactions and presentations with senior management as many contracts will have multi-million dollar impacts to Humana's bottom line. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the quality of work and the professional development of the associates reporting to them. You will also become a SME in various rebate strategies. In addition this leader will look for opportunities to innovate and elevate the work of their team.

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of Analytics Experience

1-2 Years of Leadership Experience

Experience facilitating presentations with executive leadership

Expert in SAS

Experience with forecasting models using regression techniques

Strategic thinking and planning capabilities

Organized and detail-oriented

Excellent verbal and written communication

Able to articulate and present findings and insights to senior leadership

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

SQL Proficiency

Proficiency with data visualization software such as Tableau and Power BI

Experience with pharmacy claims' data
