Duties

• Maintain proactive communication with clients to provide updates on case status and legal strategies.
• Work closely with a team of legal professionals to ensure efficient case management.
• Employ strategic litigation techniques to drive cases toward a favorable resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and defense strategies.

Requirements

• Admission to the Kentucky Bar (required).
• Experience in civil litigation, particularly in defense practice.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, including Westlaw, and in drafting legal documents.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Kentucky (required).
