Location:

• Saint Petersburg, FL

Duties:

• Manage a substantial caseload with minimal supervision

• Develop and execute effective legal strategies for clients in commercial litigation disputes

• Work independently and collaboratively to drive case progress and client outcomes

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to associates and junior attorneys

• Engage in business development efforts to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Strong ability to analyze complex legal issues, draft legal documents, and advocate effectively in court and negotiations

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating on broader team strategies

• Established book of business is a plus but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar membership

Skills:

• Expertise in commercial litigation and business disputes

• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation abilities

• Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage deadlines effectively
