															Description
The Client Executive - Employer Group is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Client Executive - Employer Group work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Client Executive - Employer Group oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. Develops and oversees customer retention campaigns. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
3  years or more of Health Insurance Sales and/or Account Management experience
Active Life & Health Insurance License in the state of Florida (Florida 2-15)
Background in Medical products
Strong Organizational skills
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Intermediate experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Virtual Web tools (WebEx and Zoom)
25-50% Travel, local within territory  (South Florida but can expand further based on business need)
This role is a part of Humana's Driver Safety program and therefore requires and individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,00 limits
Self-starter, who also knows how to work well with a team to achieve ambitious goals
Ability to work with minimal supervision within the role
Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
A dedicated home office space, with a locked door, lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred Qualifications
Prior business to business sales experience with Specialty Products (Dental, Vision, Life)
Experience working with insurance agents and brokers
Knowledge / Awareness of South Florida area Provider Networks
Bilingual in Spanish
