The candidate must have JD degree. Should have 1-3 years of experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences and/or middle market companies. Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must have transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. Admission to the Bar in state is required.
