Collections Analyst

The candidate will be reporting to the firm's Financial Controller. The role is part of a national team responsible for ensuring clients' timely payments for services rendered. Will work with Firm Attorneys to establish contact with their clients as it relates to delinquent Matters. Will be integral in establishing relationships with the Attorneys and their clients to assist in managing the inventory portfolio. Will include contact with clients for payments, establish payment arrangements/settlement, conduct reconciliations of accounts, generate related reports, report analysis, and communication between Clients, Attorneys, and Firm management. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience in credit and/or collections in lieu of a degree. Must have 4+ years of experience in collections in a professional services environment or equivalent experience with Global 500 companies. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS ExcelandWord is required.
