We're looking for a Human Resources Clerk to join our team on the 3rd shift, from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. As our Human Resources Clerk at our distribution center, you will provide clerical support in the administration of the human resources function at the Distribution Center. You'll maintain HR information systems, provide customer service to our employees by answering basic questions on benefits and payroll, and much more. Key Responsibilities: Input new hire information and update changes to HR database. Process weekly payroll adjustments. Process daily attendance forms and input occurrences into HR database, and log attendance calendars. Maintain personnel files and the filing of applications and resumes. Provide customer service to DC employees by answering basic questions concerning benefits and payroll. Accounts payable, processing all incoming invoices and liaison with vendors. Required Skills and Abilities: High school diploma or equivalent. One to two years of relevant experience. Accounts payable skills. Proficient in keyboarding. Computer literate.
