International Tax Senior Associate

The candidate will be providing tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their international operations. Assisting in managing and driving the success of multiple International tax engagements. Preparing complex tax computation projects for clients in diverse industries. Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning considerations. Anticipating and addressing client concerns and escalating problems as they arise. Providing appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised. A Bachelor's degree in accounting with an active CPA, LLM or JD. Should have 3-5 years of prior experience working in the tax department of a public accounting firm, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Strong US tax foundation with experience with Subchapter C, Subchapter S, and Subchapter K. Experience with Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858 and 1118. Strong compliance background required and initiation and participation in planning including foreign tax credits, first global effective minimum tax planning, GILTI, FDII and cross-border structuring. Excellent analytical and technical tax skills. Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships. Ability to manage multiple engagements and complete projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment. Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client’s management. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills, and strong attention to detail.
