You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to develop projects and programs that are broadly applicable. Once you and your team establish a roadmap, you'll play an integral role in ensuring that ensuring that the project is running on time, within budget and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase.  A primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.','!*!This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferably in a process re-engineering or change management role Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplinesUnderstanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methodsExperience working with high-performing teams in complex program executionA strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operationsAbility to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firmLead and manage initiatives to drive adoption and utilization of O365 applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook Mobile.Increase adoption of O365 applications by communicating benefits to employees and stakeholder communities, monitoring usage, and optimizing the end-to-end employee experience.Help tailor JPMC’s O365 deployment to ensure sustainAbility, understand it’s impact on employees and value to the organization.Serves as a catalyst and thought leader for the Change Management disciplineFacilitates Change Leadership education sessions, both in-person and virtualApplies a comprehensive change management strategy to support adoption and utilization of the changes required by a project or initativeExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (experience with Prosci/ADKAR methodology or similar formal change management methodologies is a plus) When you work at JPMorgan Chase, you’re not just working at a global financial institution.
