Product Director
Duties: Lead and manage product teams throughout the product development process, with visibility of all levels of product development, from design to UX to Agile product delivery to marketing and beyond. Guide other product leaders and their teams in the delivery of a final product that meets or exceeds specifications and is delivered on time. Clarify product vision and steer the firm to a successful product launch. Develop marketing strategies to promote new products in order to gain market share. Establish strategic partnerships with Fragomen stakeholders and other industry experts, in order to develop new products or improve existing products. Manage a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, Designers, Business Analysts, and other staff to develop new products. Create business cases for new products based on research and market analysis. Evangelize Product Mindset and Human Centered Design thinking principles, firmwide and in Product teams. Develop a product roadmap with specific goals and milestones that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. Develop new products from concept to commercialization. Use data to drive decision making, to ensure best possible outcomes. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities that meet customer needs. Prepare budgets for product development projects and manage expenses throughout the process. Perform talent management and mentorship. Ensure that products meet compliance standards, including those for security, vulnerability and environmental impact and human health.
