Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Labor Employment Associate at Schein Law Group. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to labor and employment law, including conducting legal research, representing clients in employment litigation matters, and providing guidance on employment and labor laws. While the role is primarily located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, some remote work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Law and Labor and Employment Law skills
• Experience in Employment Litigation
• Research skills in legal matters
• Strong understanding of California and Federal Employment Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Membership in the State Bar of California
