Provides data, documentation and support for confidential Human Resources and Employee Relations (HR/ER) inquiries and investigations
Acute business acumen and understanding of Consultant Engagement landscape
Proficient with all Microsoft applications and tools
Customer Focus:
Collaborates with stakeholders, Compliance, Legal, Suppliers, IT, Customer Master in support of operational and process support of HealthStar, Transparency reporting needs, Compliance training, communications
Strategic Thinking and Planning:
Proactive management and monitoring of Speaker data to ensure compliance
Escalates issues and concerns to Legal, Compliance for speaker programs
Leads the resolution of all escalations with Compliance & Ethics, Legal, Transparency and appropriate SMEs for Speaker Programs
Provides data, documentation and support for confidential Human Resources and Employee Relations (HR/ER) inquiries and investigations
Management of Transparency disputes and reconciliation
Leads the coordination of data and documents for Speaker Programs in HCP Connect ensuring that the vendors pull the correct and relevant information for the requested audits
Execution Excellence:
Manage daily system and process escalations
Provides daily operational support to US Commercial, US Medical Speaker Programs
Proven success in meeting deadlines of project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones to ensure timely payments
Coordinate across key stakeholders to ensure all Speaker Program process and system requirements are being implemented in alignment with business needs
Manage and update system access
Determine process enhancements and continuous improvements with routine check ins to ensure compliance with BMS policy
Identify, prioritize system enhancements and assist with remediation and rollout
List of Minimum Position Requirements/Competencies:
BA/BS degree required.
Candidate should possess 5 years of professional work experience preferably in business, sales or marketing
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts and information with confidence, including detailed BMS policy and industry related requirements
Keen ability to solve problems, including root cause analysis, engaging the matrix team in solution options and driving optimum problem resolution
Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and translating system and process requirements for non-expert clients, system users and other stakeholders, including ability to participate in workflow design through feedback loop
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization, as well as experience partnering and working effectively with vendors
Excellent organization skills with ability to manage multiple activities, projects and initiatives simultaneously
Strong collaborator, willing and able to accept all opinions and ideas, then distill those perspectives into viable solutions to address process, Compliance and/or service escalations
Unwavering ability to maintain confidentiality and confidential information
Demonstrated capability serving in team leader/key contributor roles with ability to work effectively in BMS matrix culture; demonstrated ability to work independently with strong sense of personal initiative and urgency
Acute business acumen and understanding of Promotional Education Programs landscape for Speaker, Non-Speaker, Exhibit and Display programs
Proficient with all Microsoft applications and tools
