Senior Document Specialist
Duties: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, master trade agreements, commercial contracts and related documents and annexures with customers, swap dealers, brokers, and other third party providers; including editing/drafting and negotiation of terms and conditions in conformance to standard terms and conditions. Review of various commercial banking documentation as it relates to certain ISDA Master Agreement structures. Developing and maintaining templates, procedures, and document tracking systems. Will work closely with the account management team, legal and compliance groups and will involve interactions with commercial, finance, and administrative personnel. Manage, draft, review, and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, trade agreements, commercial contracts, and related non-transactional documentation under direction of the Lead ISDA Negotiator or other resources as appropriate. Documents will include credit support annexure, amendments, novation, and assignment agreements to be executed in compliance with established policies, processes, procedures and documentation standards. This includes complex derivative products covering different counterpart types in various jurisdictions. Review commercial banking documentation as it relates to certain ISDA Master Agreement structures. Develop, manage, and leverage systems for workflow management, tracking and communicating status of matters in alignment with business priorities. Apply skills and experience to design, develop and modify forms, templates, and processes for reviewing and drafting various customer and business contracts, and tracking matters and trends. Administrate archive of master agreement templates and maintain accurate documentation records on electronic platforms and shared directories. Collaborate with, and back up, colleagues to present consistent approach on agreements. Provide input for and support implementation of process improvements that improve efficiency and accuracy of the customer on-boarding process. Assist with special projects as required. Assist with ad-hoc duties as requested.
