Duties: Advising HR partners on an employee scenario, meeting with a project team to develop a new process or policy guidance, or reviewing cases in ER case management tool to respond to a team member on their investigation and documentation. May find yourself coordinating a sophisticated investigation, conducting training for the ER team or business leaders or collaborating with key partners on ER data insights and trends. Will be to coach and develop your team and show up as a key resource who can share skills and knowledge in a manner that is credible and inspires trust and engagement. lead ER Senior Managers, Managers and Specialists and report to a Senior Director. partner closely with peer Directors and collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders.
