Tax - Junior Associate

Profile

We are seeking a junior associate to join the Tax group. Our tax team has a broad transactional tax practice with a focus on advising leading private equity funds and venture capital funds, as well as their portfolio companies, in a wide range of activities, including M&A and fund formation. The ideal candidate will have excellent professional judgment, will be highly motivated to provide exceptional client service, and will value the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a collaborative environment. Tax LLM and large firm experience is preferred; relevant experience is required.
