Correspondence with vendors. Maintain supply inventory. Run errands, deliver documents. Reception coverage as needed. Strong organizational and clerical skills, Basic computer skills. Familiarity with the postal system. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Tenacity to be able to work efficiently under strict deadlines. The ability to lift heavy items and transport and/or guide up to 50 pounds of material on a cart. Flexible, adaptable, and accountable.
