As Strategic Operations Analyst you will report directly to the Vice President.How will you make an impact?This role supports the operations of Aon's Cyber Solutions' client-facing practices. A specific focus of this role will also be providing coordinating oversight of the firm’s \Cyber Associate Program,\ a 10-month rotational training program for recent graduates striving to become Consultants within one of Cyber’s technical specialties.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport business leaders in the onboarding of our client facing colleaguesMaintain practice specific onboarding templates and checklistsEnsure hiring managers complete all required onboarding stepsConfirm new hires have been granted access to all appropriate internal systemsWork with business and practice Operations support staff on timely onboarding of sub-contractors and ensure process for obtaining their billable hours / invoices is being adhered to and ensure all billable colleagues are in weekly and monthly compliance for time entryHandle practice training and coordinate training schedules and external training requests aligned to talent development strategy, maintain internal training librariesWork with practice leadership and VP on reviewing and implementing best practices, processes and procedural improvements, special projects and other duties as the need arises. -- Cyber Associate (“CA”) - Early Careers Program ResponsibilitiesServe as a centralized point of contact for both Cyber Associates and Cyber Associate Practice Leaders on all aspects of the programFinalize rotations options, timing, and alignmentSet Program Executive Sponsors, Managers, and Mentors, provide role onboarding around expectations where neededCoordinate training “bootcamps” and timing; facilitate bookings and payment for external training vendor; onboard Cyber Associates, including technology onboarding and Week 1; coordinate panels and trainingsExecute Workday Manager system alignmentCoordinate with larger Aon and Launch teams on early career initiatives as neededWhat you offer USCommunicate effectively and engage collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple specialties and levels of seniorityOrganized, work within timelines, and able to prioritize tasksProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointIntermediate understanding of collaborative platforms, like ConfluenceUse online tools and trainings to expand technical knowledge, for example: conducting online research on how to better leverage Excel to support the needs of the role or how to build and manage content on Confluence more optimallyExperience in a client-facing environmentEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent years of proven experience.
