Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in employment law matters, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and FLSA claims.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from case intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial preparation.
• Advocate for clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements.
• Provide legal advice and strategic counsel to clients on employment-related matters.
• Supervise or mentor junior attorneys or support staff, as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in employment litigation on the plaintiff side.
• Proven success handling a substantial caseload and complex litigation matters.
• Strong trial experience and courtroom presence.
• Exceptional writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and provide strategic legal guidance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).
• Admission to federal courts preferred.
