Corporate Counsel
The candidate will be addressing a spectrum of complex legal, business and strategic issues with a focus on preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, such as vendor and customer contracts. A Juris Doctorate with admission to at least one State Bar. Should have 4-6 years as a practicing attorney, including contract law experience working at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal department. Strong written and oral communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts and issues effectively with all levels of management. Ability to multi-task and work quickly and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and successfully as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The gaming experience is preferred. Experience supporting a procurement organization is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat (including AdobeSign), and Oracle SAP. Ability and desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
