Must have a JD degree, Admitted to Bar in the residing state, and 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate law. Strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and the development of commercial real estate. Should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
