THE POSITION

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Calls Team in the Sacramento area who will be responsible for the optimization of our call routing platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep-seated curiosity for the questions that can be answered with data and an enthusiasm for driving the growth of a newer product.

Reporting to the Product Manager, the individual will have solid communication skills and an analytical background. The individual will also enjoy working with cross-functional partners including marketing, sales, and tech teams to find quick, workable, and justifiable solutions in a fast-paced working environment while also having the ability to see how those decisions can be more broadly applied towards the development of a stronger, more robust platform overall.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Optimize product performance to maximize experience of consumers and ROI

Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and help drive decision making

Support Product Manager in investigation of any partner or user issues and assist with remediation efforts and communication.

Assist with analytics that track, monitor and report on key features and new initiatives.

Provide data insights that improve product performance, usability, and customer experience, synthesizing data findings into understandable reports.

Gather and analyze data and metrics to continually improve product through the evaluation of competitors, industry trends, and user research.

QUALIFICATIONS

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Sociology, or other related field

3 years of experience working as an analyst

Experience with online marketing campaigns – such as SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media advertising preferred.

Analytical, data driven mindset, and proficient user of analytics tools, such as SQL and Excel

A self-started mentality with the desire to solve problems and look for opportunities

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make clear decisions with limited time and information

Experience with AWS Polly or call center operations a plus
