Description

The Pharmacy Intern performs duties in field of study or profession. The Pharmacy Intern work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Intern acts as an apprentice while completing formal education or immediately following graduation. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Schedule : Per diem, can work up to 19 hours per week. Option to pick schedule based off school hours.

Training would be full time for the first four weeks.

Required Qualifications

Actively enrolled in a accredited College of Pharmacy

Less than 5 years of technical experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information

The pharmacy intern at Enclara will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, admitting hospice patient, entering orders given verbally for profile or dispense and providing exceptional customer service to hospices and their patients.
