International Tax Manager
The candidate will prepare and/or review international provisions of TCJA including GILTI, FDII and BEAT. Prepare and/or Subpart F and FTC. Prepare and/or review the international portion of US compliance, including forms 5471, 8858, etc. Review transfer pricing. Assist in special projects and strategic tax planning as necessary. Assist with quarterly and yearly tax provision calculations and reviews. Assist with the management and facilitation of tax audits and inquiries as it relates to international tax issues: preparing or reviewing responses, creating schedules, etc. Communicate the effects of US legislative and regulatory tax law developments as it relates to international tax and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation. Regularly seek to identify and drive process improvements within areas of responsibility. Write technical tax research and compliance memos as needed. Clearly communicate issues, opportunities, and solutions to Tax leadership and other groups. Special projects as assigned.
