We are More of an X man of law firms. Each employee is vital and unique in their skills which when combined strengthens the team. The four lawyers in the firm hustle to keep the cakes coming and the clients coming back. Our real estate division features 8 fiesty paralegals who know the process backwards and forwards. Rounding out the team is our litigation department or rockstars. This position would be in our real estate branch assisting residential homebuyers and sellers as a closing attorney.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Georgia bar and in good standing. South Carolina bar admission a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing real estate law/closings
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
