Maintain all document controls including version control, change management, naming conventions, retention, backups, etc.

Maintain the global ERM Book of Work and ensure it is updated bi-weekly for the QUEUE and monthly for ERM team meetings. Track all project deliverables, liaise with owners and take responsibility for the timely delivery of all committed deliverables. Work with CROs to reprioritize in the event of ad hoc requests

Maintain all training materials, and ensure calendar and records of training are accurate and complete

Responsible for generation of all Group level committee reporting, and LE reporting, as required. Design and maintain a process to produce ERC reporting to an agreed schedule and to the highest level of quality (content and accuracy). Manage all teams to submit content on time and in an agreed format. Ensure consistency of content and presentation across all LEs. Establish and provide guidance, with the CRO, for all LE Risk reporting

Maintain a calendar of all deliverables (Committee and Regulatory) as part of the ERM Book of Work - apply a transparent and logical process to delivering on time and to expected level of quality

Ability to generate high quality presentations in PPT with high degree of autonomy
