Junior Product Liability Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Junior Product Liability Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience and possess excellent academic credentials. Federal clerkship experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Duties:

• Research and analyze legal issues related to product liability cases.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant case law and statutes.
• Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy development.
• Review and analyze evidence and legal documents.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as required.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and research skills.

Education:
