Duties

• Appear in immigration courts for hearings and proceedings.
• Accompany clients to USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters.
• Prepare and review case documents.
• Coordinate with the central team and update status post-appearance.
• Ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the state.
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Ability to manage own schedule and communicate effectively.
• Reliable travel within the metro area.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year of immigration-law experience.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
