Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will work under the direction of our General Counsel. Ensures Quantum’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations, Work closely with the business team to develop policies, practices, and guidelines concerning state and federal compliance with laws and regulations. Manage corporate governance matters. Work closely with outside law firms on pending litigation. Review and edit pleadings. Prepare legal documents. Advise company leadership on employment law related matters. Should have 3-5 years’ experience of general business litigation, preferably in the financial services, banking, or other professional services area. Bar membership in Arizona is required. Must have good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization. Courtroom experience and government prosecutorial experience a plus.
