  • Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation for project finance transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients engaged in project finance deals.
  • Review project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and analyses pertinent to project finance matters.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Washington DC.
  • 5-8 years of experience practicing project finance law.
  • Strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation.
  • Preferred experience in reviewing project documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
