Job Description BASIC FUNCTION:

Manage the program administrative activities and requirements for assigned inventory of Key accounts. Provide technical and sales support to the Key Account Managers, Director, and SVP National Sales, as well as a corporate resource to the VES-TS Sales Organization. Responsible for assisting or responding to questions or requests made by assigned Key Accounts with the expertise needed in disposal options, approvals, RCRA, DOT regulations and compliance, and corporate contract requirements. Serve as a resource to provide guidance and direction to the branches, sales, TSR/TAR/CSRs, and field operations staff, as well as administrative support to meet clients’ contract requirements and expectations. Network and coordinate activities with Veolia overseas offices for those Key accounts with global contracts. Network with VNA divisions to assure appropriate program coordination.

RESULTS ANTICIPATED: (Goals/Objectives for the Job)

Assist in achieving specific financial (revenue) and non-financial goals for the assigned Key accounts as determined and assigned by management in conjunction with overall objectives to promote efficient and effective services in accordance with business policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the company’s strategic business plans through existing and potential clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Administration of multiple national contracts.

 Assist Key Account Manager(s) with national RFP, RFQ, RFI, and Pre-Qualification submittals for Key Accounts.

Comprehension of complex contract language per account assignment.

 Reporting – monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial, waste tracking, rebate calculations, and other reports as required per contract or Key Account Manager(s), Director(s), or SVP National Sales. Customization of reports may be required.

 Assist with invoicing and payment resolution as required per contract, or necessary.

AMS/iSeries/AS400 - duties include maintaining company-wide systems at the corporate level (approved facilities, Key Account customer tagging, new customer entry, review, and activation, updating Headquarters/Major Account information as necessary, and assisting branches with various AMS requests).

Maintain iShare database with corporate contract information for Key Accounts.

Price Request Database – establish and maintain with current National Pricing, consolidating individual P/Es where possible. Provide links between databases as needed. HQ Price Books / QTC Major Account contracts – establish and maintain contract modules as needed.

 Working knowledge in TS@Work database. Assist/maintain AMS Territory Team Members. Assist with Sales Territory information and updates upon written request.

 Working knowledge of Veolia CIMS website.

Assist with various day-to-day branch and customer requests, questions, reports, quotes, pricing issues, invoicing questions/resolutions, PEs, and unapproved facilities.

Clarification of National Pricing for quotations at the local level as needed.

 Network and coordinate with VES-TS offices, collect and consolidate data, and periodically participate in quarterly and annual customer meetings as needed.

2. Effectively communicate corporate customer requirements and restrictions, internally and externally.

3. Assist in disseminating RFQ requests to appropriate sales territory(ies) and compile feedback for submittal.

4. Assist in determining the most optimal waste management options, reviewing customer preference, technology, cost, and facility approval with field personnel as requested. Evaluate waste streams for possible inclusion under generic approvals.

Qualifications KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

The Key Accounts Technical Account Representative role is a tenured TSR/CSR position with successful experience working in the Key Accounts Department. Previous TSR/CSR or project management experience with at least 3 years experience - 10 years preferred in the hazardous waste industry or related work experience preferred.

BS or an Advanced degree is highly desirable.

Extensive knowledge in environmental and DOT technologies with national and international preferred experience. Risk and impact involve all regions of VES-TS.

Must be an advanced user of all Micro-Soft Office and Google software.
